Liebherr, a global engineering and manufacturing leader, seeks a Training & Adoption Manager to drive the deployment of major transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA greenfield and Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service. Based in Madrid, you will translate training strategy into execution across rollout waves, countries and user groups.

The role is highly visible with international exposure, owning training readiness, stakeholder coordination, and scalable adoption models for multi-year

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training across large-scale programs and multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Translate global training strategy into country-specific plans across rollout waves and countries.
• Plan, coordinate and execute training deployment for SAP S/4HANA and related programs.
• Coordinate training across functional teams, stakeholders and partners.
• Support Training Needs Analysis and ensure plans reflect processes and user populations.
• Oversee training materials quality and ensure alignment with design.
• Lead train-the-trainer and key-user enablement for scaling across entities.
• Utilize digital adoption platforms and learning tools to drive adoption.
• Define and monitor training KPIs, user readiness, and risk management.
• Maintain reporting and action tracking with JIRA and Confluence.
• Continuously improve training delivery model across rollout waves.
