Job summary
Liebherr IT Shared Service Centre Ibérica in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Service Team Manager to lead SAP SD and Service delivery across global template. You will manage a high-performing team of SAP consultants, oversee fit-to-template, configuration, go-live, and transition to operations in a hybrid Madrid-based model with at least 40% on-site work.
The role requires 7+ years in SAP Sales & Service, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and AMS.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in SAP Sales & Service consulting, implementation, or AMS.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA in international settings.
- Strong knowledge of SD and Service processes (order-to-cash, billing, service orders).
- Proven leadership of SAP functional teams and resource planning.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SD and Service delivery across global template.
- Build and develop a high-performing SAP functional team.
- Oversee fit-to-template, configuration, and go-live activities.
- Ensure SIT/UAT quality and end-to-end process integrity.
- Coordinate Level 2/3 support and continuous improvement.
