Fever, based in Madrid, is expanding its Fever for Business team and seeks a senior sales enablement leader. You will design scalable onboarding, coach global sales teams, and own the regional playbook while aligning with Fever’s global enablement standards.

You’ll partner with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to improve ramp time, sales execution, and content quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in sales enablement, leadership, or revenue operations across multi-market organizations.
• Experience supporting global sales teams and regional dynamics.
• Strong coaching, training, and content-development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead Fever for Business onboarding programs for global teams.
• Coach and mentor sales teams with call reviews, role plays and performance feedback.
• Own and evolve the Fever for Business Playbook and sales content.
• Lead methodologies rollout and change management across regions.
