Fever, based in Madrid, seeks an experienced Sales Enablement leader to scale the Americas Business Development enablement program. You design onboarding, coaching, playbooks, and change management for US and Canada, aligning with Fever's global enablement framework.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Talent Acquisition to drive ramp time, pipeline quality, and regional best practices, while fostering a high-performance sales culture across the region.

Formación

• At least 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial excellence, revenue operations, ideally within high-growth, multi-market organizations.
• Proven experience supporting Business Development or sales teams in the US and/or Canada, with a strong understanding of regional commercial dynamics.
• Passionate about sales, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs that improve ramp time and sales execution.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial execution.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence regional leaders and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, Salesforce, Tableau, and modern sales technology stacks.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive change across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design onboarding programs for Americas teams with global enablement alignment.
• Translate global sales methodologies into scalable training content.
• Develop certification frameworks for product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation, and sales processes.
• Coach US and Canada BD teams through call reviews and deal reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and deploy targeted training initiatives by market.
• Establish coaching cadences and best practices across the Americas.
• Own and evolve the Americas BD Playbook.
• Standardize sales language and qualification frameworks.
• Develop content with Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
• Lead tool adoption and process adherence improvements.
• Measure adoption via ramp time, pipeline quality, and activity metrics.
• Design high-performance sales culture initiatives and recognition programs.
