Zusammenfassung

IE University in Madrid is seeking a Program Coordinator to join its Corporate & Special Programs team. You will oversee the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities for IE’s corporate programs, mainly in Spain, Europe, Latam & Middle East.

The role interfaces with participants, professors and IE departments, coordinating communications, logistics and program components to ensure a high standard of participant experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese or Arabic is a plus.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Meet with participants to solve issues, offer advice, and/or give support with empathy, sensitivity and a professional customer-oriented approach, on a daily basis.
• Support participants in the admission process, managing registration applications and formalizing enrollment.
• Manage (written and oral) communications with corporate participants, including all written regular communications and information points; presentations and information sessions; etc.
• Using corporate participants feedback, identify ways to improve their experience with IE.
• Assist participants and faculty before, during and after the program.
• Liaise with professors to plan the program sessions, trips.
• Communicate with Professors to solve participant’s requests or support to the Program Management. Request feedback, ensure timely submission, syllabi, etc. and provide ongoing support to faculty members and teaching staff.
• Collaborate with other IE Departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
• Proactive on learning the internal processes, platforms and tools to deliver top quality programs
• Actively coordinate with the Program Managers to distribute and be aligned with the preparation and delivery of the programs.
• Collaborate and lead cross initiatives to help improve internal processes, templates and guidelines
• Attend to all administrative and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the program and department
• Flexibility in taking on specific tasks to ensure the efficient development of the program
