The role serves as the primary link between students, professors and IE departments, coordinating tasks, communications, and policies to ensure a world-class experience for our students.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree, 3+ years international experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and an EU work permit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree is preferred.

• Experience in an international environment is a plus.

• Deliver and manage projects and activities across IE Business School programs.
• Coordinate tasks and communications between students, professors and IE departments.
• Plan and coordinate program logistics and events.
• Support faculty to ensure a world-class student experience.
• Supervise Program Assistants and special program components.
• Maintain academic guides and materials.
