IE University Business School is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the delivery and day-to-day management of diverse IE programs at the Segovia Campus. The role requires acting as the primary interface among students, professors, and IE departments, with a focus on smooth operations and exceptional service.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred), be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have at least 3 years of international experience.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and manage day-to-day projects and activities for IE Business School programs.
• Serve as the primary interface between students, professors, and IE departments.
• Coordinate tasks, communications, and policies; support logistics.
• Supervise Program Assistants and related components.
• Coordinate curricular and extracurricular innovations.
• Plan events, information sessions, and student activities.
• Maintain academic guides and materials for students and faculty.
• Liaise with departments to ensure a world-class student experience.
