Job summary

IE University’s Digital Learning is seeking a Program Coordinator in Madrid to join the Operations and Course Management team for online stackable corporate master's programs. The role focuses on academic, operational, and enrollment duties for the online program, requiring attention to detail, LMS familiarity, and strong customer service.

This full-time position is based in Madrid IE Tower, offering an international, fast-paced environment and the opportunity to work with clients in the Middle

Qualifications

• Customer orientation and service excellence
• High attention to detail and organized, methodical working style
• Fluency in English (native level). Ideally high level of Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with learning management systems or program delivery is a plus
• Role may require Sundays instead of Fridays to align with client schedules in the Middle East

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment process for the online program, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute end-to-end delivery of the online program for synchronous and asynchronous formats
• Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after the program
• Execute satisfaction surveys and data analysis and reporting
• Leverage learning analytics to deliver personalized delivery experience
• Provide support for the creation of a community of learners during and after the program
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and corporate client reports
• Investigate and test innovative educational technology, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics models to improve program delivery and learner satisfaction
