Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Procurement Program Manager/TDX to oversee program management and execution for procurement imperatives within a global network. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, manage business cases and budgeting, and ensure on-time delivery of value-driven initiatives.

The role requires seven plus years in complex, global programs with a strong PM core, experience in procurement/supply chain, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives.
• Life Sciences, BioTech, or Pharma industry preferred.
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Category Management preferred.
• Process improvement background (PPI, Lean, Six Sigma, etc) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define deliverable structure and content; align with leadership and partners.
• Manage multiple projects with strong PMO; problem solving and enterprise alignment.
• Develop and communicate project status, risk, and value realization to stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance through regular PMO sessions and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sites and platforms in a virtual environment.
• Drive continuous improvement using existing systems and standard reporting.
