You will engage cross-functional teams, apply structured methodologies, and influence senior stakeholders to drive faster, more impactful outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience with leadership in complex programs.
• Structured, cross-functional, and data-driven working style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex strategic programs and projects for senior stakeholders.
• Drive market and supplier-driven innovation through co-created solutions.
• Act as a subject matter advisor with Commercial & Corporate leaders.
• Deliver tangible impact beyond standard metrics in a dynamic global environment.
• Develop frameworks and approaches for beyond-procurement initiatives and complex programs.
• Advocate and enable alignment with stakeholders using data-driven recommendations.
• Foster collaboration across Roche procurement networks with psychological safety.
