Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Supply Chain Governance Specialist III to drive governance across divisions and corporate governance, leading stakeholder engagement and executive readiness for monthly reviews.

You will translate performance insights into diagnostic and prescriptive actions, lead cross-functional alignment, and sponsor projects that deploy new tools and improvements across the supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or related to supply chain.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain governance, analytics, or planning.
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead change.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
• English at B2 level is required as minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Lead KPI governance across key supply chain metrics and drive actionable insights.
• Translate divisional performance into risks, recommendations, actions, and escalation paths.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing cost and availability.
• Mitigate inventory risks through proactive analysis with Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
• Serve as the liaison between divisions, governance, analytics, and digital teams for alignment.
• Lead governance reviews and ensure actions have owners, due dates, and next steps.
• Shape executive-ready messaging and escalation points for leadership visibility.
• Lead projects deploying new tools, metrics, and process improvements across supply chain.
• Ensure dashboards, trackers, and governance materials monitor progress and risks.
• Surface and resolve data or system issues affecting governance quality with analytics teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance discipline and visibility across divisions.
• Share best practices and support onboarding to strengthen governance capability.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve governance efficiency.
