Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative III to join the Procure to Pay team. You will analyze invoices, match with purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments to suppliers in line with SLAs and terms.

Strong collaboration with internal teams and suppliers is essential, with exposure to Coupa and ERP systems. Requirements include a high school/technical degree, 3 years in a similar role, Shared Service Center experience, and English at B2

Qualificações

• Bachelor in high school/Technical high school degree related with the position.
• 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Shared Service Centers experience.
• B2 English Level.
• MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook - Excel intermediate.
• ERPs experience (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, Mainframe).

Responsabilidades

• Update supplier information in systems as required.
• Analyze invoices against purchase orders to determine payment eligibility.
• Ensure supplier invoices are correctly entered into systems.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Carry out invoice blocking and seek approvals for payment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal approvers for payment processing.
• Provide support to suppliers on invoice processing and disputes.
• Maintain communication via telephone, email, and chat with clients.
