  • Lead the Supply Chain workstream within strategic programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver program objectives.
  • Lead procurement activities for new product development projects.
  • Drive supplier mapping, sourcing activities, and RFQ processes.
  • Support supplier onboarding and contract execution.
  • Represent Supply Chain in project reviews and milestones.
  • Coordinate and monitor cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver savings targets.
  • Lead Supply Chain and logistics planning for new factory projects.
  • Manage assigned spend categories and support sourcing strategies.

Are you passionate about leading supply chain transformation and strategic initiatives? Join Hitachi Energy as a Product Supply Chain Programs Leader and play a key role in driving programs that support business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

In this role, you will lead Supply Chain activities across strategic projects, including new product development, cost reduction programs, and factory expansion initiatives. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead the Supply Chain workstream within strategic business programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver program objectives.
  • Lead procurement activities for new product development projects.
  • Drive supplier mapping, sourcing activities, and request for quotation processes.
  • Support supplier onboarding and contractual agreement execution.
  • Represent Supply Chain in project gate reviews and program milestones.
  • Coordinate and monitor Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver savings targets.
  • Lead Supply Chain and logistics planning for new factory projects.
  • Manage assigned spend categories and support sourcing strategies.
Your Background
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or program management roles.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder coordination.
  • Advanced Excel skills and regular use of ERP systems.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Availability for occasional business travel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
