Publicis Groupe in Madrid seeks an Applied AI Strategist to bridge business challenges with AI-powered solutions. You will work across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Strategy, and Delivery to design scalable AI workflows and shape go-to-market plans.

As a senior contributor, you will translate needs into practical AI strategies, lead discovery sessions, and drive client adoption while ensuring solutions are feasible and commercially viable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in marketing/media agencies, consulting, AdTech/MarTech, or related industries.
• Experience designing digital, technology, data, or AI-driven solutions for clients.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and AI applications.
• Proven ability to analyze workflows and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design industry-specific AI solutions addressing client challenges and objectives.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI workflows leveraging platforms, models, and partner solutions.
• Identify opportunities for reusable cross-industry AI solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and strategic workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Build narratives, business cases, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Strategy, and Delivery teams to scope and price AI initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure feasibility and viability of solutions.
• Support proposal development and new business opportunities.
