Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-9 years of experience within marketing, media agencies, consulting firms, AdTech, or related industries.
• Experience designing digital, technology, data, or AI-driven solutions for clients.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, marketing technology ecosystems, and AI applications.
• Proven ability to analyze workflows, processes, and business challenges, translating them into strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong proficiency in creating presentations, analyses, and executive-level materials.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design industry-specific AI solutions that address key client challenges and business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows leveraging platform capabilities, models, partner solutions, and custom developments.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable, cross-industry solutions while balancing client-specific needs.
• Assess and recommend the most effective path-to-solution and lead discovery sessions.
• Build narratives, business cases, and solution recommendations demonstrating AI value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Strategy, and Delivery teams to scope and price AI initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure feasibility, viability, and alignment with business goals.
• Support proposal development and new business opportunities.
• Present concepts to clients and executives, translating complex tech into business value.
