TransPerfect in Spain is seeking a Player Support Agent to assist players across channels, resolve account issues, report bugs, and answer questions about purchases with clear, accurate, and friendly responses.

You will work with a global gaming support team, become familiar with the games supported, follow documented processes, use ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Intercom, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• Experience in customer or player support is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn games, tools, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to player queries via ticketing, chat, email, and social channels.
• Triage issues, investigate problems, and follow documented steps.
• Provide clear, friendly, accurate responses per guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to internal or client-side teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
