Revolut is hiring a People Specialist to support employees globally, overseeing day-to-day HR tasks and ensuring a smooth employment lifecycle. You will partner with teams across the business to deliver a people-first experience and drive growth.

In this role you will be the regional face of HR, manage end-to-end lifecycle operations, and work with automated tools like Jira service desk and HRIS to maintain records and policies.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
• Critical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees.
• Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable metrics.
• Expertise in administering HR operations using automated tools (via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices

Responsabilidades

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally
• Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off-boarding processes
• Managing internal tools, such as time and attendance
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records
• Implementing important HR projects and policies
