Revolut is hiring a People Specialist to support employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You will manage the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding, and help colleagues grow within a fast-growing fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR generalist/administrator roles, strong stakeholder management, and experience with HR tools. This role offers global reach and a people-first culture at Revolut.

Formación

• 2+ years in an HR generalist/administrator/partner role.
• Critical thinking and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience representing HR policies to managers and employees.
• Experience delivering HR services to meet SLAs and metrics.
• Familiarity with HR operations using automated tools (Jira Service Desk, HRIS, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally.
• Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off-boarding processes.
• Managing internal tools, such as time and attendance.
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records.
• Implementing important HR projects and policies.
