Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support our employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You’ll keep the employment life cycle running smoothly while helping others grow and develop in their careers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for regional queries, coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations, manage internal HR tools, and help implement policies across the organisation. If you thrive in a fast-moving, international environment and have a passion for people operations,

Formación

• 2+ years of HR generalist/administrative/partner experience.
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization abilities.
• Experience presenting HR policies to managers and employees.
• Experience in service roles with SLAs and measurable performance metrics.
• Experience using HR tools (Jira Service Desk, HRIS).
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of employment law and local HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact for employee queries in your region and globally.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations (pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, off-boarding).
• Manage internal HR tools, such as time and attendance.
• Prepare HR documents and maintain HR records.
• Implement important HR projects and policies.
