Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support our employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You’ll keep the employment life cycle running smoothly while helping others grow and develop in their careers.

As the first regional and global HR contact, you will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and HR documentation, while driving HR projects and policies across the organization.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience representing HR policies to managers and employees.
• Familiarity with SLAs and service metrics in HR operations.
• Comfort administering HR operations with Jira Service Desk and HRIS.
• Knowledge of employment law and local HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries in your region and globally.
• Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations: pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, off-boarding.
• Managing internal tools such as time and attendance.
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records.
• Implementing HR projects and policies.
