Ebury Malaga Office is seeking a highly motivated Junior People Operations Advisor to support day-to-day HR operations globally, reporting to the People Operations Manager in Malaga. The hybrid role involves 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, contributing to contracts, reporting, and mobility processes.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in HR, is highly organized, communicative in English, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources or advisory responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English.
• Flexible, resourceful, and highly adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
• Works effectively on own initiative, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Ability to influence senior management, confident, and able to gain credibility quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations globally, reporting to the People Operations Manager in Malaga.
• Prepare, send, and maintain contracts and addendums in line with local legislation.
• Manage the ticketing system, respond to requests, generate reports, and update information.
• Report staffing issues to Head of People Operations and escalate high-risk matters when needed.
• Maintain HR data in the HR system, including changes and absences.
• Coordinate global mobility, including contracts and tax considerations, with HR partners.
• Conduct regular documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices.
