Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. We are seeking a highly motivated People Operations Advisor to join our global People Operations team, reporting to the People Operations Manager in Malaga.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day HR operations globally, handling offers, contracts, mobility, data management, and compliance while collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory responsibilities or administrative expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Offers and Contracts: Ensure contracts and addendums are accurately prepared, sent out, and kept up to date with local legislation.
• Ticketing system: Ensure timely responses and provide effective solutions to requests from employees and other departments.
• Reporting and Escalation: Report regularly to the Head of People Operations and escalate high-risk matters.
• HR Data Management: Ensure employee data changes and absences are recorded in the HR system.
• Global Mobility: Manage staff movements related to global mobility and tax considerations.
• Employee Documentation Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local practices.
• Background Screening: Support mitigation of background screening reports.
• Audits and Authorities: Respond to requests from local authorities and audits.
