Nadara is seeking an experienced People Operations Expert to own the end‑to‑end employee experience for HR queries, transactions, and processes in Spain. The role combines service excellence with hands-on payroll knowledge and collaboration with an international HR team.

We operate a hybrid policy with at least 3 days per week in the Madrid office. Salary range 35K-45K + bonus and benefits, with EU pay transparency. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration in Spain.
• Solid working knowledge of Spanish labour law and payroll processes and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS / payroll systems (Workday is a plus) – comfortable with a ticketing/case management tool.
• Experience managing HR administration in other European countries is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, proactive, with strong communications and autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Spanish payroll with external provider.
• Be the first point of contact for employees via HR ticketing system, resolving queries within SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour law, tax and social security regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage offers, contracts, and changes.
• Oversee time & attendance, absences, parental leave, and sickness in Workday.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and audits.
• Act as main contact for payroll, benefits, and HR administration queries.
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
