Ebury is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR Payroll team at the Malaga office on a hybrid model: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home per week. You will be the technical and operational heart of the employee experience, ensuring payroll for 1,900+ professionals across 29+ markets is accurate, compliant and on time.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to own payroll processes and drive improvements.
• Problem solving mindset with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent English communication; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsabilidades

• End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.
• Analyze and document each country's control framework and payroll guidance.
• Provide ad hoc project support and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure end-to-end process excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
• Support Finance month-end close and reporting activities.
• Review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Attend to escalated and critical payroll issues timely.
