Michael Page SSC is seeking a Payroll Admin - English C1 to support employee lifecycle administration with a focus on joiner, leaver and benefits processes. This role ensures payroll-related information is accurate, compliant with local legislation, and supports a seamless employee experience.

Based in an international environment, the position follows a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with base compensation plus bonus and side benefits.

Formación

• Onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Payroll inputs coordination with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Benefits administration and changes processing.
• Maintenance of accurate employee data and records.
• Respond to employee payroll and lifecycle queries.
• Support payroll processing across the employee lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes with a focus on onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
• Coordinate joiner and leaver documentation with payroll inputs and internal partners.
• Administer employee benefits and flexible compensation programmes.
• Prepare, validate and maintain employee data and documentation for payroll processing.
• Liaise with payroll providers, benefits vendors, and legal advisers.
• Assist with payroll activities including changes, settlements and reporting.
