Job summary

Rovensa is seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to deliver end-to-end payroll across multiple international markets, led from Spain. You will own data quality, employee lifecycle administration, and liaison with external providers to ensure compliant, timely payroll delivery.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in HR, 7+ years in payroll and HR admin, expertise with ADP Celergo, and fluent English with French or Portuguese. Hybrid model with two days remote per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, controls and data management.
• Experience with ADP Celergo is highly desirable.
• Experience with multiple countries and external payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple international countries ensuring accuracy and compliance (ADP Celergo).
• Act as primary payroll contact resolving queries while delivering high service levels.
• Validate inputs: employee data, salary changes, benefits, absences, tax deductions.
• Monitor calendars, approvals, reconciliations, and controls for deadlines and audits.
• Manage employee administration across lifecycle including onboarding and changes.
• Maintain confidential employee information across HR/payroll systems with data integrity.
• Prepare payroll reports and KPIs and drive process standardisation and automation.
• Identify opportunities for HR enhancements and projects.
