Denodo in Spain is seeking a Payroll Specialist to coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and timely salary processing with external providers. You will liaise with HR, Finance and managers to deliver accurate payroll data in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of international payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, plus excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in international payroll administration.
• Experience managing payroll with external providers and payroll controls.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly payroll processes for assigned countries with external providers.
• Provide payroll inputs for salaries, benefits, taxes and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax and labor regulations.
• Manage new hire, employee change and termination documentation with external payroll providers.
• Maintain accurate payroll records across HR and payroll systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and management data as required.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll-related projects and system implementations as needed.
