SD Worx Iberia seeks a Payroll Implementation Specialist to support Portuguese payroll clients during implementation, optimise processes, and act as a trusted advisor. The role offers professional growth and a hybrid work model combining home and office.

You will develop technical expertise while delivering value to clients in Iberia. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication in Portuguese and English.

Formación

• 2–3 years of payroll administration experience and knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Degree in Labour Relations or IT qualification valued.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the intermediary between the client and the technical implementation team.
• Gather requirements and review them.
• Agree on the system configuration to be implemented.
• Support system testing activities (unit testing and parallel payroll runs).
• Support data migration activities.
• Contribute to payroll consultant activities when workload allows.
