Job summary

Strada, a leading people, payroll, and technology provider operating globally, is hiring in Spain. You will support operational teams to ensure payrolls are delivered accurately and on time, while collaborating with management to deliver functional and technical support to a portfolio of clients.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, experience with French payroll, and proficiency in English and French, with opportunities to work across industries and regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a business-related field (Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent).
• 3–4 years of payroll administration experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments.
• Expert knowledge of French payroll processes, practices and related legislation.
• Good level of French (min. B2) and a good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to ensure payroll deadlines are met with accuracy.
• Provide implementation and go-live support for client projects.
• Deliver daily functional support to enable successful payroll deliveries.
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook and ensure up-to-date process documentation.
• Review Statements of Work to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Resolve technical/functional issues escalated from the team and log defects.
• Collaborate with Management, Transformation and Product teams on automation and continuous improvement.
• Upskill the team on upcoming changes to legislation and processes.
