Sd Worx in Málaga, Spain seeks a seasoned Payroll and HR Operations leader to drive international MPS/BPO payroll delivery for multinational clients. You will partner with senior management to shape processes, staffing, and governance, ensuring timely, accurate payroll per SLAs and global standards.

You will own client relationships, drive continuous improvement, and help build a new international organization that delivers high-quality payroll services worldwide.

Formación

• 8–12 years of HR and payroll outsourcing experience in an enterprise environment.
• At least 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll standards.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients.
• Proficiency with SLAs and KPI measurement/reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Leadership with focus on team development, recruitment, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Payroll and HR Operations (MPS/BPO) team to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery per SLAs.
• Own client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery and clear communication.
• Participate in monthly client review meetings and present KPI and service delivery reports.
• Calculate and manage Service Level Credits where applicable and ensure SLA compliance.
• Escalate and resolve issues at country level in line with global standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the Global Process Owner on continuous payroll process improvements.
• Oversee staffing plan and recruitment to align with team and client needs.
• Conduct team evaluations, provide feedback, and support member development.
• Support training material development and program delivery for team members.
• Manage performance, goal setting, reviews, and coaching to drive growth.
• Promote a collaborative, engaging work culture and align payroll ops with organizational goals.
