SD Worx is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead our Spanish Payroll Services team. You will manage a portfolio of key clients, escalate complex payroll matters, and ensure accurate payroll delivery across Spain.

This role blends people leadership with deep payroll know‑how and client relationship management. You will oversee a team of 8–10 Payroll Consultants, drive performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Around 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labour legislation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills, with experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.
• Experience with Integrho and SAP is considered an advantage.
• Spanish and proficiency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Payroll Consultants and act as senior point of contact for clients.
• Oversee payroll delivery for Spanish payroll clients and manage launches.
• Maintain service quality, SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on Spanish labour legislation, payroll processes and compliance topics.
• Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
