SD Worx Iberia is seeking a Payroll Manager to coordinate, monitor, and optimize client service, serving as the primary contact for service follow-up and guiding a team delivering day‑to‑day payroll activities. Requires 15+ years in payroll administration with Spanish labor law, and 3+ years in a leadership role; you will lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive payroll optimization for international accounts.

Spanish and English fluency are essential.

Formación

• At least 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labor law.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills, with experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.
• Experience with Integrho and SAP is considered an advantage.
• You are assertive, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain effective under pressure.
• You contribute positively to the team culture through your collaborative mindset, sense of humor, and unique perspective.
• Spanish and proficiency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Service launch management: procedures manual, payroll schedule.
• Local client management and corporate-level activity tracking (for international companies).
• Service monitoring and client follow-up.
• Tracking billing for assigned clients as well as the processing of purchase orders for additional services.
• Providing expert support and advice to the service team on procedures involving government agencies, labor regulations, and payroll optimization.
