• Extensive experience in payroll leadership and implementations.
• Strong project leadership across international/multi-country deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in asynchronous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as payroll expert for Netherlands and advise on local processes and requirements.
• Lead global payroll implementations from inception to live payroll.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and delivery priorities.
