Lever, Inc. is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Country Lead based in Spain to deliver payroll implementations for international clients. You will act as the country expert, guiding projects from discovery through first live payroll in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

You will own local Dutch payroll knowledge, manage stakeholders, develop implementation plans, and mentor payroll specialists while collaborating with product and operations to drive improvements.

Formación

• Extensive experience in payroll, including client or managed payroll environments.
• Expert knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and local requirements.
• Proven experience leading payroll implementations across international environments.
• Strong proficiency with payroll systems and SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical, structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as payroll SME for the Netherlands, guiding local processes and requirements.
• Lead global payroll implementation projects from inception through live payroll.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans and timelines.
• Communicate payroll decisions and requirements to customers and internal teams.
• Establish standardised payroll processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide support during and after implementation and resolve issues.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and collaborate with wider teams.
• Work with product/technology teams on platform improvements and testing.
