Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across several countries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage benefits enrolment, changes and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate HR admin operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Answer questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax and external providers to ensure regulatory compliance and audits.
