Planet is seeking a Merchant and Technical Support Agent with German to join our Payments Operations Support team. You will assist international clients with funding and charges queries, delivering professional service and maintaining compliance.

You will work 24/7 in shifts as needed, supporting multiple IT platforms and internal/external stakeholders. Required: fluent English and German (B2), experience in customer support or administrative roles, and familiarity with financial

Formación

Fluent in English and German (B2 level for German) with excellent written and spoken communication.
Experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred.
Experience in Financial Services / Payments operations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Respond quickly to customer queries with accurate information on transaction statuses and reprocessing requests.
Handle customer and financial support across multiple IT platforms and external partners.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and questions.
