HSBC Spain seeks a Client Management Support specialist for Global Payment Solutions. You will support pricing, billing, and Social Security-related tasks, ensuring rates are correctly set and inquiries are handled promptly.

Fluency in English and Spanish, plus university-level education, are required. You will manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and foster strong client relationships for a seamless experience.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• University level education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cash management products.

Responsabilidades

• Support pricing and billing, review applied rates, and ensure correct rate setup.
• Resolve complex service inquiries with timely, proactive communication.
• Coordinate client escalations and inform internal stakeholders.
• Monitor case activity to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee local client projects and align with global initiatives.
• Engage with global counterparts for maintenance requests and escalations.
• Build and maintain internal and external contact lists.
