Planet, a leading technology company transforming payments, is seeking a Payments Operations Support to join our Payments Support team. You will assist international clients with funding and charge queries, ensuring service delivery, quality control and compliance are maintained to the highest standards.

You will handle inquiries across multiple IT platforms, collaborate with internal teams and partners, support inbound and outbound calls, and work in a 24/7 shift pattern; the role requires

Formación

• Fluent English is required for daily communication with international clients.
• German (B2) level is mandatory for consideration for this role.
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role is expected.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Moderate-level Excel skills and a proactive, flexible approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly with accurate transaction information.
• Run all aspects of customer and financial support across IT platforms and partners.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with colleagues and departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive, team-focused way.
• Take on additional duties as required.
• Support inbound and outbound calls.
• Work 24/7 in shifts according to business needs.
