Super, a global technology group, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments, to own the payments infrastructure powering deposits and withdrawals across markets. You will lead a PSP-agnostic platform with resilient routing and activation for new markets, shaping financial infrastructure at a global scale.

Formación

• 6+ years in Product Management, with platform or infrastructure ownership.
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and PSP-agnostic platforms.
• Experience launching and scaling platform capabilities in multi-market settings.
• Experience building configurable products for multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Strong bias for action with ability to manage priorities.
• Analytical skills to use data for business cases.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the PSP abstraction layer and payment routing engine.
• Define payment lifecycle management and settlement reconciliation.
• Own card-specific payment infrastructure including PSP integrations, tokenisation, and 3DS2 flows.
• Build the jurisdiction-aware configuration layer for new market activation.
• Define and track payment conversion rate and related metrics.
• Maintain a structured view of each payment method's capabilities to inform routing and contracts.
• Partner with internal teams and PSP partners to keep the platform layer method-agnostic.
• Reduce PSP concentration and improve reliability across the platform.
• Communicate program direction to management and senior executives.
