Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure based in Spain to shape the core systems that enable secure, reliable, and scalable money movement across markets and currencies. You will own the technical roadmap for payment processing, settlement, ledger systems, virtual accounts, and banking integrations.

Working with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance, you will optimize liquidity, routing, and cross-border settlement across traditional rails and stablecoin networks,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years with payment infrastructure or core banking platforms.
• Strong architectural understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and transaction processing.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across markets and time zones.
• Experience with fintech or crypto settlement networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure, including rails, ledger systems, settlement engines, currency conversion, and virtual accounts.
• Lead the development of virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure for customer-facing payments.
• Collaborate with the Payments Experience PM to align infrastructure with customer needs and translate product requirements into priorities.
• Evaluate and oversee integrations with banking partners, liquidity providers, and stablecoin networks.
• Own transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation systems across multiple currencies and networks.
• Define routing and currency conversion strategies, supporting settlement through networks like USDC, USDT, PYUSD.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, idempotency, and reconciliation.
• Work with Treasury to incorporate liquidity and funding into infrastructure design.
• Collaborate with Compliance to embed regulatory requirements early in design.
• Define and monitor metrics like transaction success rates, settlement times, uptime, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Document capabilities, limitations, and partner integrations for product and go-to-market teams.
