Docker is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its global partner marketing function. You will shape strategy, governance, and operating model, drive MDF ROI, and own the partner portal and co‑marketing programs across geographies.

You will partner with Alliances leadership to create annual plans, run campaigns, events, and content that enable partners to win in market, while mentoring a growing team and aligning with corporate marketing and product launches.

Formación

• 8+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
• Experience building global partner programs and pipeline.
• Leadership experience building a team.

Responsabilidades

• Own Docker's global partner marketing function: strategy, budget, standards, and operating model.
• Build the Global Partner Marketing Plan with spend, targets, and motions.
• Lead partner campaigns and pipeline, co-marketing, MDF ROI.
• Portal governance and content for partner portal (PRM).
• Partner events, webinars, roadshows.
