Wonderful is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to scale the brand across our region and align with global strategy. You will partner with the Regional GM to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead field marketing, orchestrate ABM programs, collaborate with central marketing, and tailor global messaging for regional audiences. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, with field marketing and demand generation focus.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and commercial teams to drive outcomes.
• Hands-on experience across ABM, partner marketing, campaigns, PR and communications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise GTM and full customer lifecycle.
• Experience translating product messaging into regional campaigns and assets.
• Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or enterprise software is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, across regional/global teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to the Regional GM and execute regional plans.
• Own and drive the regional marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Plan and deliver integrated programs for brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
• Lead regional field marketing, including events, partner marketing, PR and content.
• Partner with leadership and Central Marketing to enable regional GTM and revenue growth.
• Localize global messaging and product positioning for regional audiences.
• Develop ABM programs targeting priority enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts and media.
• Manage regional budgets and external agency relationships.
• Measure performance and provide insights to optimize ROI.
• Share market intelligence and competitive feedback to shape strategy.
