Datadog’s Partner Marketing Team seeks a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead regional programs with cloud providers and channel partners in EMEA. You will drive partner engagement, demand generation, and pipeline while collaborating with senior leadership to expand Datadog’s ecosystem.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office; travel up to 20% is required. fluency in English is essential; additional languages like Italian or Spanish are a plus.

Formación

• 6–8 years in marketing; partner marketing or high-tech B2B preferred
• Fluent English; Italian/Spanish/Arabic a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Proven ability to turn co-marketing into pipeline
• Strategic thinker who can execute campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Comfortable using AI in daily work
• Willing to travel 20%
• 3 days a week in office

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs (webinars, events, campaigns) to drive engagement
• Set cross-team strategy and plans across product, demand gen, and partnerships
• Drive field alignment, co-sell motions, and partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
• Build the partner ecosystem across South EMEA stakeholders
• Track and analyze effectiveness; report on KPIs and OKRs for optimization
• Present ROI and strategic value of partnership marketing to leadership
• Represent Datadog at global conferences (AWS Re:Invent, Google Cloud Next)
