Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a leader to build and scale a high-performing partner delivery program that delivers exceptional customer outcomes through trusted services partners. You’ll coordinate delivery models, capacity, and governance across Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment with ARR and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner delivery, professional services ops, or vendor/subcontractor management in software/tech.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing SOWs and subcontracting agreements.
• Ability to define KPIs and SLAs and drive governance with data.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale partner delivery operations, improving playbooks and processes.
• Own partner commercials, governance, and rate cards with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
• Track KPIs/SLAs, run partner reviews, and drive corrective actions for delivery quality.
