Exoticca, a pioneering online travel agency, is seeking an SEM Specialist to drive profitable growth across its markets by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.

You will design large-scale campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, build first-party data signals, automate workflows, and collaborate with product, UX, CRM and analytics teams from our Barcelona office.

Formación

• 4+ years managing large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
• Experience with AI-powered advertising features and automation tooling.
• Strong measurement & analytics capabilities using modern BI tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with solid communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, scale, and optimize large-scale Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Collaborate with MarTech, Data, and Analytics for improved measurement and predictive models.
• Automate campaign creation, reporting, QA, monitoring, and optimization workflows.
• Experiment with bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing page experiments.
• Monitor AI-driven search evolution and adapt campaign structures accordingly.
• Contribute to quarterly/annual SEM strategy and partner with Google/Microsoft teams.
• Work with Product, UX, CRM, Data, and MarTech for end-to-end optimization.
