Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable SEM/PPC experience.
• Degree in a highly quantitative field (Engineering/CS/Math/Statistics).
• Excellent data-driven leadership with the ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Fluent English required; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive long-term PPC strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify patterns and risks and inform action.
• Plan, design, and optimize SEM campaigns across brands with best-in-class standards.
• Guide spend and bid strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
• Contribute to forecasting, scenario planning, and innovation in PPC.
