Exoticca Travel UK Limited seeks an experienced SEM Specialist to drive profitable growth across our international markets. You will design, scale, and optimize large-scale search campaigns using AI-powered frameworks and advanced audience targeting to achieve acquisition and profitability goals.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you will collaborate with MarTech, Data, Analytics, Product, UX, and CRM to improve measurement, automation, and end-to-end acquisition efficiency, while

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns in international markets.
• Experience with AI-powered search features and automation tools.
• Strong data analysis and first-party data signals.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, scale, and optimize large-scale Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Collaborate with MarTech, Data, and Analytics to improve measurement through Offline Conversions, Enhanced Conversions, predictive LTV models.
• Automate campaign creation, reporting, QA, monitoring, and optimization workflows using Google Ads Scripts, APIs, SQL, Google Sheets, and AI assistants.
• Design and execute structured testing roadmaps to evaluate automation, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Monitor changes in user search behavior and adapt campaign structures and acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to quarterly/annual SEM strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with Google and Microsoft account teams to gain early access to beta features.
• Work with Product, UX, CRM, Data, and MarTech to improve landing pages and audience strategies.
