Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a Senior Paid Search Marketing Specialist to lead data-driven campaigns from conception to optimization in Barcelona. You will partner with performance marketers, data engineers, and analysts to uncover opportunities, measure results, and push for 360-degree campaign success.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in performance marketing, strong Google App Campaigns (UAC) expertise, and a robust understanding of attribution, measurement, and programmatic channels.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in performance marketing with focus on Google App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic advertising.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels and maximize ROAS.
• Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end campaigns across Paid Social, SEM, ASA, and programmatic channels to drive growth.
• Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics with a data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with design, BI, and marketing teams to craft winning acquisition strategies and run A/B tests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize cross-channel performance and insights sharing.
• Mentor and influence stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations.
