eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona is seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to lead and optimize our paid search programs across multiple brands. You will drive long-term PPC strategies, work with analytics, data scientists, and product managers, and shape the future of our most significant acquisition channel in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SEM/PPC experience, deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Bing, strong data storytelling skills, and a quantitative degree.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable SEM/PPC experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Bing; G Ads certification is a plus.
• Degree in a highly quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or similar).
• Strong data analysis, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SQL is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Build and drive long-term PPC strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and devise strategic actions while mitigating risks.
• Design, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across brands.
• Manage PPC spend to meet targets and maximize ROI.
• Contribute to forecasting and experiment with new platforms.
• Communicate insights to executives and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Work in an agile, cross-functional environment.
