Kelly Engineering seeks an Operations Manager to lead large-scale operations within an international organization, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing high-performing teams in a complex, regulated environment.

Location: Puerto Rico (Relocation Assistance Available), USA Territory. Open to candidates outside the US Territory who can relocate. Salary range starts at USD 175,000+ with comprehensive benefits; shift: Administrative with flexible hours to support 24/7 operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Management or related discipline is a plus.
• 8 years of professional experience with at least 6 years in leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for operational teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure safe, efficient, reliable, high-performing operations with compliance to standards.
• Manage operational and capital budgets for cost optimization and service excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within timelines and budgets.
• Foster safety, compliance, accountability, and professional development.
• Interact with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery across areas of responsibility.
